Strategy Alignment:
Collaborate with internal teams to execute Bluesail Surgical's Commercial Education strategies, aligning them with organizational objectives.
Analyze training program and identify growth opportunities and program enhancements.
Training Delivery:
Develop and deliver impactful educational programs, incorporating adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniques.
Facilitate learning through various formats, including self-directed, virtual, and in-person sessions, utilizing technology platforms.
Lead training activities within the Commercial Education department, including administrative tasks, communications, and policy adherence.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert in training development when working with strategic partners.
Stay updated on training methodologies, clinical, and business technologies.
Sales Consultant Proficiency:
Provide comprehensive training for sales consultants, covering technical skills, clinical sales, operations, objection handling, and market effectiveness.
Conduct regular assessments to determine the training needs of customer-facing field sales teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functuinal partners to identify market trends, organizational shifts, and commercial requirements. Recommend actions to management.
Job requirements
Education:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Experience:
At least 6 years of professional experience in medical device industry, especially working in Medtronic or Ethicon will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer.
